I want to pay with Clear Pay - how does this work?

By selecting ClearPay at the checkout you will recieve your items now but you will get to spread your payment over 4 seperate payments. Dont worry, you can still return any unwanted items free of charge using our returns portal even if you have not made all four payments yet. Your future payments will be stopped and you will be refunded in full for what you have paid so far giving you peace of mind and risk free shopping with MOQ boxing. I want to pay with Klarna - how does this work?

By selecting Klarna at the checkout you recieve your items before you pay for them. You have up to 30 days to pay for your goods after purchasing them, giving you a chance to try your product and you only pay for what you keep. Giving you risk free shopping.

if you have used Klarna and need to make a return simply Follow the normal returns process through our returns portal and only pay for what you keep. If you return some or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as the online store processes your return.

 
If you have an upcoming payment due date – sit back and relax. If there is a delay in the online store registering a return Klarna will issue a new payment due date for the stuff you decided to keep.

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

If you have recieved an item and wish to exchange it for a different size or have a refund please follow the steps on the returns portal. For UK based customers we offer free returns on all items providing the items are unused/unworn and with the tags in tact within 14 days of purchase. 

Can I make changes to my order once I have placed it?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend an order once it has placed as it goes straight to our warehouse for processing. We suggest placing a new order or returning your order once recieved for exchange or refund.

Can I order a giftcard?

At present we do not offer a giftcard service.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

If you have recieved a faulty item and wish to exchange it or have a refund please follow the steps outlined in our returns policy including the completed returns form

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed however you may return the items if they are unwanted by following the steps outlined in our returns policy including the completed returns form 

Can I place an order over the phone?

All orders must be placed via our website using a secure payment system.

Do you produce custom items?

Currently we do not offer a custom service for our gloves however if you require team tracksuits with custom logos, this is a service we offer. Please email customer.support@moqboxing.com to discuss your request. Please note additional fees will apply for the custom services. Prices vary depending on what is required.
